COMMAND

NAME
        echoto - Echo a message to someone.


LOCATION
	Wizmod, module 'default'.

SYNTAX
	echoto [-h] [-?]
	echoto who what
	echoto [-l lower-level] [-u upper-level] what
	echoto -c <[m][p][w]> what
	echoto -o  what

DESCRIPTION
	This command sends a message to someone. The flags are:
	-h      Write a short help text.
	-?	Write the help text.
	-l lvl  Send the message to players of level 'lvl and above.
	-u lvl  Send the message to players of level 'lvl' and below.
	-c mpw  Send the message a class of logged on players:
		m - mortals, i.e. non-paragons of level 19 and below.
		p - paragons of level 19 and below.
		w - wizards.
	-0 itm  Send the message to everyone having an object in their
		inventory for which the function 'id' returns 1 for the
		name 'itm'.


NOTE
	Abuse of this command has gotten wizards demoted.
