NAME
        query_pk_until - At what time does the pk runs out?


LOCATION
        This function is located in /obj/player.

AVAILABILITY
        This function can be called by any object.

SYNTAX
        int query_pk_until()

DESCRIPTION
        The function returns the time() set until which this player
	will be considered a playerkiller.
