copyright - copyright of files in NannyMUD

DESCRIPTION

A wizard's files in NannyMUD are protected by the normal Real
	Life (Swedish) copyright laws.
By transferring files to, or creating files on, the disks
used by the *Lysator-project NannyMUD (Nanny) the wizard agrees
to the following modification of his/her (his) rights to the
	files.

Everything residing in the wizard's home directory including
the contents of the sub directories are considered belonging
to the wizard. Any other file supplied by the wizard is regarded
as Nanny having been given all rights to it**. The administrators
are given the right to modify it and also use the code as a base for
other programs (the wizard has "contributed" the file to Nanny).
The wizard may at any time ask for his files to be removed from the
disks and / or sent to him.

Should the wizard become inactive***, his files will be considered
contributions to Nanny unless explicitly stated otherwise.

A caretaker may be appointed by the wizard, but must be
approved by the administrators of Nanny.

The administrators of Nanny may take backups on all files
residing on the disks used by Nanny, and the wizard may at any
time ask to get a copy of his files from the backup.

The administrators of Nanny are allowed to modify any file on
the disks used by Nanny. When a file is modified, its owner
will be notified by an in-mud "tell" or via MUD-mail. After
having ****received a notification, the owner may not *****undo
the aforementioned modification without prior consent from
the administrators of Nanny. If the wizard gains knowledge of
changes made to the files even though no notification has been
received, the wizard is considered notified and may not undo the
	change as stated above.

All texts generated by NannyMUD are considered copyrighted
	by their respective creator.

	of the modification.
