NAME

        rules - The laws of creation at NannyMUD

DESCRIPTION

	Over the times, NannyMUD has evolved. Part of the evolution
	was the discovery that we need to have rules of what is
	allowed to be created, and what is allowed to be in the game,
	etc. Every single rule was created after some incident made it
	clear that a rule was needed.

	Note that in reality, there is only one RULE: the admin
	rules. The rest here is a help for them to rule the same way
	regardless of time, place and person.  Some rules are very
	hard and fixed and have been collected under the title 'Rules'
	in the files. Some rules are rather recommendations or advice;
	those can be found under the title 'Guide Lines'. There are
	also some hints on coding etc. hidden under this title in some
	of the files.

	If your are reading this as a new-born lvl 20 wizard, all you
	have to read this first time are the topics 'general' and
	'behave', and only the part under 'Rules' headline.

	spells       Limitations on magic.
	testplaying  Rules on how to run a test play.
	weapon       How to create your weapons.
