NAME
        container - rules on containers


DESCRIPTION
	A container must not have a better weight to carrying
	capability ratio than 1/6. This might be exceeded for
	approved, unique items, if those are damn hard to get. No
	container may have a max carrying capability larger than 20,
	unless it is approved, unique, etc.
