RULES

NAME

behave - rules on behaviour for wizards

DESCRIPTION

You are now a wizard, and you have powers you only dreamed of as a
mortal. Use those powers with care! Don't abuse shout, echo or
	emote. Don't harass other players.

	INTERACTION WITH MORTALS

In short: Let the player play the game, and do not interfere with
him. This means do not help or hinder him. Chatting is of course
allowed, but give general advice instead of exact information. Don't
give away money or items, not even lost autoloaders.

	THE PLAYERS TITLES

Even though this is covered by the above paragraph, this might need
some more weight. Do not change mortals titles, not even on your
	MUD-spouse.

	BUGS

Correct your own and report others. Keep an eye on the files
/log/ and /log/.rep . Severe bugs should be
reported to the 35++ as well as to their creator.

	LANGUAGE

All texts presented to the player by the game must be in English.

        INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER WIZARDS

Be kind and polite. Irony is hard to recognise when filtered through
different languages and a text-based game. Use smileys, ':)'. Role
playing is fun, but be prepared that others might not interpret your
behaviour the same way you do. Be advised that people from all over
the world and from widely different cultures visit the game.

	THE FLAVOUR OF THE GAME

NannyMUD is supposed to have a sort of mediaeval feeling to it. Keep
your enter and leave messages in accordance with it, as well as your
	personal items and looks.

	YOUR PASSWORD

Keep your password secret and safe. Your character will be held
responsible for all it's actions, no matter who was behind the
	keyboard.
